Below are a few comments and files related to what I presented on 6/3/10.

• The utilities for converting between different citation formats are available in the Ubuntu package 'bibutils'. They are probably available in packages for other linux distributions as well. The utilities can also be downloaded directly from various sites. Google 'bibutils'.
• Download convert-cit-eg.txt, a file that illustrates how to use the utilities for converting between different citation formats.
• Download save_workspace.m and save_data_ascii.m, two m-files that illustrate how to save and load data in matlab in various formats.
