Ohio Project NExT

The Ohio Section has a "local" version of the national Project NExT, run on a smaller scale but having the same goal. The goal is to introduce new faculty in the mathematical sciences at colleges and universities in the Ohio Section to the broad range of roles that face a new faculty member, especially improving the teaching and learning of undergraduate mathematics. It is open to full-time faculty who are in their first four years of teaching.

Ohio-NExT fellows meet immediately before each Section meeting. A banquet is held on Thursday evening. On Friday morning workshops are presented exploring issues of special relevance to new faculty.
